Online store regulations
The BeJoy online store, available at www.pakpos.pl, is run by the BeJoy Paweł Szablewski company, entered into the business register by the Mayor of Płock. The company's headquarters is located in Krajkowo 16a, 09-210 Drobin. We are registered under the NIP/VAT-EU number: PL5361457172, REGON number: 140467554.
Shopping regulations
1. The online store www.pakpos.pl sells via the Internet. Orders are accepted via the website www.pakpos.pl.
2. All products/services offered in the www.pakpos.pl store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.
3. All prices given on the website www.pakpos.pl are gross prices (including VAT). The price applicable to the product at the time the Customer places the order is binding on the parties to the transaction.
4. We issue VAT invoices for each product/service sold.
5. We deliver the ordered goods via courier companies. The buyer is charged with the delivery costs specified in the delivery price list.
6. The following payment methods are possible:
o By bank transfer.
After booking the ordered goods/services in our online store, an e-mail with the bank account number is sent. Immediately after the transfer is credited to our company's account, we process the order.
o Cash on delivery - cash upon receipt of the goods.
7. In the case of certain types of products, BeJoy reserves the right to limit the payment method by disabling the option of cash on delivery. For some goods/services, the order processing time is given. It informs how many business days (or hours) usually elapse from the moment the order is confirmed or from the moment the payment for the order is recorded until the order is completed. Parcels are delivered by courier companies. BeJoy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier's failure to fulfill transport and postal service agreements.
8. Products and services are covered by a 12-month warranty. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the guarantee are specified in the contract issued by the guarantor. The repaired product is sent back to the customer at the seller's expense.
9. The store is liable for 2 years from the date of purchase in the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract in accordance with Article 10 of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales of July 27, 2002. The customer loses the rights specified in the above-mentioned Act if, within two months from the discovery of non-compliance goods with the contract does not notify the store about this fact.
10. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the complained goods together with a letter specifying the discrepancies and expectations regarding the manner of fulfilling our obligations should be sent back at our own expense via Poczta Polska to the correspondence address provided on the store's website, specifying the manner of fulfilling the store's obligations. The customer has the right to demand that it be brought to a condition consistent with the contract through free repair or replacement, unless repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs. If the store is unable to meet specific requests, the customer has the right to demand an applicable price reduction or may withdraw from the contract.
11. The Store will respond to the Customer's requests within 14 business days from the moment of reporting the non-compliance of the goods. If the case requires additional technical expertise performed by external companies, this deadline may be extended.
12. If the non-compliance of the goods is reported within 10 days from the date of purchase, the Customer has the right to request that the product be replaced with a new one in an expedited manner. The accelerated mode applies only to a specific product group. If the non-conformity is recognized and the complained goods are available, new goods will be sent within a few business days of delivery of the non-conforming goods to the store. If this is not possible, the store will offer the buyer a refund equivalent to the price of the product or other goods available in the store with similar parameters.
13. In each of the above cases, when the fulfillment of the Customer's requests involves the delivery of new or repaired goods, the costs of delivery to the customer are borne by the store.
14. Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271), Art. 7, within 10 days of delivery of the ordered goods, the consumer has the right to return them without giving reasons as part of the withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the general principles arising from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered null and void and the consumer is released from any obligations. Goods returned in this mode will be accepted only if they are sent back unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. This means that the goods must be in the original, undamaged packaging with all its contents, and the product itself and accessories must be undamaged. It is permissible to open the packaging to view the goods, and the goods may be used provided that such use does not lead to a change in their condition. Pursuant to the Act, the possibility of return does not apply to audio and visual recordings and those stored on computer program media after the consumer has removed their original packaging. If you wish to exercise the above-mentioned right of return, the goods must be returned at your own expense to the correspondence address provided on the store's website. Such a return shipment must be accompanied by a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract and the account number to which the store is to return the payment. The store checks the product within 14 business days. If the goods meet the above-mentioned requirements, a corrective invoice is issued. The original and a copy are sent to the client by registered mail. The customer should send back a signed copy of the correction invoice, and after receiving it, within 7 business days, the store will refund the money to the customer's account.
15. The warranty and the right to withdraw from the contract do not apply if the product is affected by mechanical damage of external origin. Therefore, before collecting the parcel from the post office, always check whether the packaging has not been damaged during transport. In particular, you should pay attention to the condition of the tapes or seals attached to the shipment. If the parcel's packaging shows signs of damage or if the seals (tapes) are broken, do not accept the parcel and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the seller as soon as possible to clarify the matter. Checking the shipment upon receipt is a necessary condition for considering any possible customer claims for damage or theft of the shipment during transport.
16. The information available on the store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order using the mechanisms available on the store's website, the customer submits an offer to purchase a specific product on the terms and conditions specified in the product description. The moment of concluding the sales contract takes place when the customer confirms the receipt of the goods in writing on the consignment bill.
17. The owner of the online store makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions and technical data of the products/services placed in the store are consistent with reality. However, it is not responsible for incorrectly providing the parameters and properties of the product, or for their sudden change by its manufacturer. However, in any case where the data (including product descriptions and technical data) presented on the store's website on the day the consumer places the order does not correspond to reality, he has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 10 days from the date of purchase. , in accordance with the provisions on withdrawal from a distance contract. 18. The Regulations define the rules for shopping in the www.pakpos.pl store. Placing an order is tantamount to consent to all provisions and information contained in the regulations.
